I chose this company for a Guilin day trip after seeing the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor, and I must admit, all the praise is absolutely true! The service was impeccable from the booking confirmation to the end of the tour. The online客服 responded quickly and answered all my questions about the Li River bamboo raft. The guide was waiting punctually in the hotel lobby on the day, and her English was very fluent. She not only explained the scenery but also shared stories about the local way of life, which was fascinating. Lunch was included and was at a family farm; the food was fresh farm-to-table and incredibly delicious. After returning, I even received an email from the company with a link to the photos taken that day! This level of service beyond expectations was truly touching. I will definitely leave another 5-star review on Tripadvisor.

Our family's small group tour in Zhangjiajie was absolutely perfect! The guide spoke both Chinese and English, so communication was zero problem for us Indonesian Chinese. He took us on the back trails of Yuanjiajie, completely avoiding the crowds, and we took many amazing photos. The sea of clouds at Tianzi Mountain was like a fairy tale; the kids were amazed. Most thoughtfully, the guide knew we are Muslim and specially arranged meals at halal restaurants within the scenic area. Although options were limited, we felt very respected. The seats for the evening "Charming Xiangxi" show were also great. The entire itinerary was well-paced and not tiring at all. Thank you so much!

As a Singaporean Chinese, I’ve long dreamed of Xinjiang’s grassland scenery, but always worried about the tiredness of long-distance travel and food adaptation. When I saw the review of this Small Group Tour on Tripadvisor—“7-person small group + full-process business car + halal food guarantee”—I booked it without hesitation, and this journey became my most unforgettable experience this year!
Our small group had 6 people; guide Alim is a local Kazakh in Xinjiang, who speaks fluent Chinese and simple English, so communication was smooth. We started from Urumqi, taking a 7-seater business car throughout the trip—spacious and comfortable, with daily driving time controlled within 3 hours, no tiredness at all. The first stop was Nalati Grassland; Alim took us into a herdsman’s yurt, where we drank freshly boiled salty milk tea and listened to him tell the nomadic stories of the Kazakh people. He also taught us to ride horses, choosing docile ponies for the elderly in the group, and held the reins to protect them throughout—very careful.
The food was my favorite part: the “Ailizhati Halal Restaurant” arranged by Alim had pilaf with tender and flavorful mutton, crispy-skinned roasted buns, and even the vegetable salad dressing was confirmed alcohol-free, perfectly matching Singaporean tastes (not too salty or greasy). At Sayram Lake, he prepared a picnic mat and halal snacks in advance; we sat by the lake watching the snow-capped mountain reflections and feeling the breeze—this comfort exceeded expectations.
The most thoughtful part was the details: knowing Singaporeans are afraid of sunburn, Alim prepared sun hats for everyone; the homestay at night had an electric kettle (convenient for making coffee brought from Singapore); on the last day of the trip, he also helped us purchase Xinjiang specialties (raisins, almonds) and sent them directly to the airport for checked luggage. After returning to Singapore, I posted grassland photos on Moments, and many friends asked me for the booking link—this Small Group Tour balances “comfort” and “characteristics” perfectly, definitely worth recommending!

The day trip to the Terracotta Warriors from Xi'an was impeccably organized! The driver was waiting punctually at our hotel, and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Our guide, Mr. Wang, was a history expert. His explanations were insightful and easy to understand, giving us a deep appreciation for the history of the Qin Dynasty and the details of the warriors. The itinerary was well-paced with plenty of time for photos and questions. The lunch featuring Shaanxi specialty noodles was very authentic. The additional stop at Huaqing Pool in the afternoon was a pleasant surprise, and the guide's stories about Emperor Tang Minghuang and Yang Guifei were captivating. The iced water provided on the return journey was a thoughtful touch. This was an informative and enjoyable trip, absolutely great value for money.

As a Filipino Muslim, I’ve long wanted to take my family to see snow-capped mountains in Western Sichuan, but altitude sickness and halal food made me hesitate for a long time. When I saw the “Muslim customized plan” of this Tailor Make Itinerary service on Trustpilot, the customer service asked in detail about our health status, dietary taboos and itinerary preferences, and the exclusive plan they provided made me completely at ease—after the actual trip, I must say this is the most professional customized service!
Guide Xiao Ma confirmed the itinerary details with me a week in advance: considering my mother has high blood pressure, he changed the long-distance hike in Daocheng Yading to a short one (from Chonggu Monastery to Pearl Sea), and the daily itinerary ends no later than 5 pm, leaving enough rest time. The halal food arranged throughout the trip was very thoughtful; for example, the “Muslim Restaurant” in Kangding had yak meat and radish soup (light and nourishing), and highland barley cakes with honey—children ate happily. Xiao Ma also confirmed the ingredients with the restaurant in advance to ensure there were no forbidden ingredients such as lard and alcohol.
The response to altitude sickness was also professional: Xiao Ma carried oxygen tanks and a sphygmomanometer with him, helping my mother measure her blood pressure every day before departure; in Xinduqiao, my mother had a slight headache, so he immediately adjusted the itinerary, took us to the local health center for a check-up, and continued the trip only after confirming there was no major problem. When visiting Yuzixi, he chose a viewing platform with lower altitude, allowing us to see the snow-capped mountain and starry sky without making the family uncomfortable.
Cultural experiences were also added to the itinerary: he took us to a Tibetan village in Tagong Grassland to communicate with local Muslim villagers (it turns out there are also Muslim communities in Western Sichuan!), and the children also learned simple Tibetan greetings. After returning to the Philippines, I wrote a PRODUCT REVIEW in the Muslim travel community, and many people asked me for the customization link—if you are a Muslim wanting to travel to Western Sichuan, choosing this customized service is definitely correct; it perfectly integrates faith, health and travel!

Our little group tour to Beijing, Shanghai, Harbin? Total blast. In Beijing, the kids went nuts over the Great Wall—kept racing up the steps, yelling “Last one’s a rotten egg!” My wife and I just laughed, taking pics like crazy.
Shanghai’s nuts too—those skyscrapers? Wow. We ate dumplings on the street, hot and steamy, messy fingers but big grins.
Harbin, though? The ice sculptures glowed at night, like a frozen fairyland. The kids slid on the ice rink until their cheeks were red, and grandma even tried—almost fell, but we caught her.
This trip? Not just pretty views. It’s the laughter, the messy meals, the “oops” moments. China’s cool. Real cool. We’re gonna talk about this for years.

I have always longed for the romantic scene of “traveling in a painting.” When I saw the reviews of this Guilin Yulong River Day-trip on Tripadvisor, descriptions like “bamboo raft under the sunset” and “sweet osmanthus wine” instantly touched me—and after the actual experience, I want to say: it’s even better than what’s written in the reviews!
Guide A Wen speaks simple French and is very patient when communicating. Knowing that French people love quiet and romantic atmospheres, he specially arranged a Yulong River bamboo raft trip at 3 p.m. to avoid the midday crowds. When the bamboo raft glided slowly across the calm river surface, the karst peaks on both sides were reflected in the water, the sunset dyed the sky orange-pink, and the breeze carried the fragrance of osmanthus—at that moment, I felt like I had stepped into an Impressionist painting! A Wen also prepared a portable speaker in advance, playing soft traditional Chinese music; such details made me feel full of care.
After the bamboo raft trip, A Wen took us to a farm restaurant hidden beside the rice fields. The “beer fish” he recommended was tender and juicy, paired with locally brewed osmanthus wine—the sweet and sour taste completely suited my palate. After dinner, he also took us for a walk in the nearby osmanthus forest, taught us to identify different varieties of osmanthus trees, and even picked a few flowers (with the villagers’ consent) for us to put in our pockets. The whole trip was full of romantic little surprises.
After returning to France, I shared photos of Yulong River on social media, and many friends said “this is the romance of China”! If you come to Guilin, you must choose this Day-trip—it not only takes you to see the scenery but also allows you to experience the most precious “slow time” in travel, which is completely worthy of all the praise on Tripadvisor!

The day trip to the Leshan Giant Buddha from Chengdu was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to China! The itinerary was well-planned; the morning departure time avoided traffic, and we were among the first visitors to arrive, almost having the breathtaking moment of gazing face-to-face with the Buddha to ourselves. The guide was knowledgeable and shared many histories and legends about the Buddha's construction. We opted for the boat tour to see the Buddha's full profile from the water, which was the best way to get the perfect photo. Lunch featured Leshan's specialty "Qiaojiao" beef, which was delicious. On the drive back, everyone was satisfied, and the driver played relaxing music for us. A very fulfilling day, highly recommended!

As a traveler who often relies on Trustpilot reviews, I can confidently say that this company fully deserves its high rating. I booked my complex Tibet travel permit and itinerary through them. The process for the Tibet Entry Permit was very clear; they guided me through preparing all documents, and the permit was issued quickly. In Lhasa, our guide was waiting at the airport with a sign and presented us with white khata scarves, which was a moving moment. During the tour, he was very attentive to our physical condition (given the risk of altitude sickness) and adjusted the pace accordingly. The arranged hotels had oxygen available, and the vehicles were comfortable. Their professionalism and responsibility made me feel completely at ease throughout the journey. If you see them on Trustpilot, you can book with confidence!
