Our customized itinerary in Xi'an fully met our expectations! We visited the Terracotta Warriors, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and Muslim Street—none were missed. Our guide, Mr. Zhang, was very knowledgeable—he explained the history of the Qin Dynasty in detail and even arranged an extra calligraphy experience for us. The hotels and meals were high-end, so we didn't have to worry about quality at all. The biggest surprise was that the company prepared a birthday cake for us—so thoughtful! If you want an in-depth cultural tour, highly recommend the tailor-made service—it's absolutely worth the money.

As a traveler who loves exploring “unique cities,” Chongqing’s “8D magical terrain” has always attracted me. During this trip to Southwest China, I specially set aside a day to join this company’s Day-trips. After referring to the positive reviews on Tripadvisor, I really made the right choice! Guide Sister Chen is a native of Chongqing; she speaks fluent Chinese and simple Malay, so my Malaysian friend and I had no communication barriers.​ The trip started at Hongyadong. Sister Chen told us that the design of Hongyadong was inspired by Chongqing’s stilt houses, and when the lights are on at night, it looks like a scene from “Spirited Away”—we waited until evening on purpose, watching the stilt houses slowly lit up by lights under the sunset, really like stepping into an animated world! Later, we went to Liberation Monument; she explained Chongqing’s anti-Japanese war history, and took us to an old noodle shop hidden in an alley. The recommended Chongqing noodles with peanut butter were spicy and rich in flavor, much more authentic than the Chongqing noodles I ate in Malaysia!​ In the afternoon, when taking the Yangtze River Cableway, Sister Chen bought tickets for us in advance, avoiding the trouble of waiting in line for two hours. On the cableway, she pointed out the river view of Chongqing and the scattered high-rise buildings, letting me truly understand the meaning of “mountain city.” The biggest surprise was that she also took us to experience Chongqing’s “ear cleaning”—the tingling and numb feeling was so comfortable!​ The whole itinerary was compact but not rushed, with enough time to take photos and experience each attraction. Sister Chen also took group photos for us proactively and taught us how to take the best photos of Hongyadong with our mobile phones. After returning to Malaysia, I shared photos of Chongqing on Moments; many friends asked me how to arrange the itinerary, and I directly sent them the link to this Day-trips. If I come to Chongqing again next time, I want to try their Tailor Make Itinerary to explore more niche attractions in depth!

The Shanghai city package was great value! We visited the Bund, Yu Garden, Tianzifang, and even experienced the Maglev train. Our guide, Linda, was very thoughtful—she helped us avoid the crowds, so we enjoyed every attraction to the fullest. The Huangpu River cruise at night was the highlight—the night view was breathtaking. The hotel was near Nanjing Road, which made shopping and dining very convenient. The local food experience included in the itinerary was also fantastic—xiaolongbao and shengjianbao were unforgettable. The only suggestion is to add more cultural explanations, but overall we were very satisfied!

I found this travel agency on Tripadvisor because of its high ratings and an exclusive discount! I booked their Guilin day trip. The booking process was very simple, and customer service confirmed all details promptly via WhatsApp. The guide picked us up from the hotel on time; he was a very humorous Chinese man who spoke excellent English. The Li River bamboo raft experience was so beautiful, like traveling through a painting. The beer fish we had for lunch was one of the best dishes we had in China. When dropping us off at the hotel, they even gave us a small box of osmanthus cake, a Guilin specialty, as a gift. A very pleasant surprise! This Beijing small group tour offered an immersive hutong experience, including a visit to a traditional siheyuan home and a dumpling-making session. Our guide spoke fluent English and shared fascinating historical insights. At the Summer Palace and Forbidden City, we took alternative routes to avoid crowds. With only 8 people, the tour felt personalized and engaging. The Peking Opera tickets included prime seating, and we even got to take photos with the performers afterward. We are from the Philippines and chose this agency to customize our honeymoon trip to Yunnan. Their service was impeccable from start to finish. The travel consultant carefully asked about our preferences and designed an itinerary that blended nature, culture, and relaxation. In Dali, we stayed in a boutique hotel facing Erhai Lake; in Lijiang, our guide took us to a quiet Naxi family courtyard for tea instead of the crowded bar street. They also arranged a private tour of the Songzanlin Monastery in Shangri-La with an English-speaking monk for explanation, which was a profound spiritual experience. Every detail was considered, they even prepared a small honeymoon cake for us! This was a trip that exceeded all expectations.

Then we went to Yu Garden—she explained the architecture and relics in detail, and recommended Nanxiang steamed buns (thin skin, juicy filling). In the afternoon, we went to Tianzifang. She didn’t rush us; we wandered small shops slowly, and she recommended handicraft stores where I bought gifts for my family. The pace was perfect—enough time to take photos at each spot. She even sent us back to the hotel after. Trustpilot reviews were true—this day-trip service is professional. I’ll choose their other itineraries next time I’m in Shanghai!

哎哟，这个成都看熊猫的一日游真的“抵到烂”（超划算）啦！我是马来西亚华人，会讲华语，导游小哥哥听到我口音还跟我聊了几句槟城的美食，好亲切。早上我们到基地的时候，熊猫刚开饭，都在啃竹子，萌萌哒！小哥哥还告诉我们怎么看哪只熊猫是“社牛”，哪只是“社恐”，笑死我们了。午餐的团餐竟然有回锅肉和麻婆豆腐，味道蛮地道的，不是那种糊弄外国人的甜口。下午自由活动，他给我们指了去人民公园喝茶看相亲角的路，体验感100分！行程不赶，性价比超高，推荐！

We opted for the tailor-made service for our Xinjiang trip, and the result far exceeded our imagination! The travel consultant patiently listened to our ideas – focusing on Silk Road history, photography, and food. The itinerary they designed for us was flawless: a fascinating time in Kashgar's Old City, tasting various snacks in the bazaar; our guide was a local Uyghur, whose passion and knowledge made the journey especially vivid; the driver was experienced and drove safely on the winding Pamir Highway. They even managed to book us a hotel room with a view of the Muztagata Mountain! Every meal was carefully arranged, allowing us to try everything from Samsa, Pilaf to Dapanji.
